I added an accessory wire loom to my motor cycle and needed connections more watertight than standard cheap crimp-on ends you find in a hardware store. These fit the bill. I used a ratchet crimper set to a little tighter than I would normally use to install the ends, then used a heat gun to shrink the tubing onto the wire. I tested the results of this process by dipping a connection in water while connected to a 12VDC battery, reading any current leak in the water. The reading was so low it could be considered negligible. I'm so happy with how well the work, I'm looking to use these ends to do some repair work on the electrical system on my boat. ... show more

I will be using these for an array of projects but am overall very happy with the quality of these terminals. Right now I am using them to simply fuse a couple of trigger wires for backup and blindspot cameras for a vehicle. They have a strong grip from male to female connectors and also offer a strong grip on fuses. Great buy! The connectors are great, especially considering the price, used it to connect radio wires, yeah yeah, but let me say this, I'm not an electrician, clearly, but what kind of chicken nugget thought that it was cool to give bigger connectors smaller awg numbers and smaller connector bigger awg numbers? Since when is 10 big and 20 small? What kind of upside world do these people live in? Thank goodness these people don't fly planes or administer drugs... But alas, they vote. Actually thinking about it they probably would get confused by voting, thinking that a higher number of votes is not as much as less votes.... pff whatever. ... show more
