THE CORD THAT COMES WITH THIS CONTROLLER WILL STOP WORKING AFTER A MONTH OR SO. CONTROLLER IS GOATED THO. You have to find a NICE replacement cord that works with a CONTROLLER, not just a power cord (they're everywhere, they're usually like the NICE phone charger cords). Got this bad boy cause it was the cheapest one I could find on here, so i wasn't expecting quality. Thing feels light and cheap when you get it but works perfectly. After about a month it started disconnecting randomly when moving it around; then would disconnect whenever you moved it; finally just wouldn't hardly have a connection at all. I thought it was the port where the controller and cord connect (aka - thought my cheap controller was cooked). Tried a couple C-type/USB cords we had around the house, they would light up the controller but my PC wouldn't recognize it as a controller; just as a power output (like it would a cheap phone charger). Found a NICE sturdy cord we had and it worked perfectly; its been rocking like an absolute champ ever since (~ 3-4 months) . Again, controller FEELS cheap but operates like a beast. Good vibration, no stick drift (so far), good satisfying clicks on the thumbsticks and R1 / L1, triggers are nicely weighted, no buttons sticking. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is cause of that wack cord that makes you think you gotta throw the whole thing away, and it does feel cheap so i still always worry somethings about to break on it but its been proving me wrong so far. (peep how the design on the buttons wears off; yeah , I've been using the thing. pretty much exclusively COD) ~~~If you get the multicolor light up one, the way you cycle thru the different patterns/designs/modes/etc with the lights is by pressing both the little buttons at the top beside the pad at the same time.~~~

Item worked fine for a few weeks, but despite being used for only a little while it’s already drifting and rendered unusable. Seller only takes back items for 30 days and has no option to contact them. Don’t bother and look elsewhere, this item is trash

My boys love this controller. The lights are noticeable but not too bright and simple to change. I was going to buy this for my 17yr old son but he thought it wasn’t cool enough and went with another controller. I ended up ordering it for my 10 yr old and 8 yr old sons instead and my 17yr old told me he wish he went with this one instead so ended up ordering another one lol.

You always take a risk when you buy 3rd party instead of the officially licensed hardware. This controller works great though and has a good battery life before needing to be charged. The colors are cool and haveany different modes. Definitely worth the price!!
