Interesting product..I generally use Golden Sunshine Herbal Patches for off and on chronic pain. Gave these a try. Pretty effective for the price. Smell like a Chinese herbal shop..which is good..and they have ventilated holes so your skin can breathe. I would try them again for milder pain relief.

I have been using this specific patch for almost two years. I use it on my spine, sciatic area, on my legs when the nerve is hurting and on my knees when they hurt. I leave them on until they fall off, usually about three days. Sometimes my skin gets irritated, but if I leave them off, from that spot, a few days I'm good to go again. I have tried other patches, including prescriptions, but they work for me. I give these away to anyone I meet that has a muscle or nerve pain. Out of the dozens I've given away I only know of one person who said it did nothing for them. Highly recommend this patch. It is easy to put on, flexible and the color similar to flesh. Works well for my ankle which sometimes swells up, as it was dislocated and had broken bones several years ago. I put the patch on overnight and the swelling is gone by morning.

    • Great Relief from pain
I find these patches quite effective for knee, heel and back pain even better than lidoderm. The only down side is the rubber content that can irritate the skin. However, the good news is that they stick better than most patches.
