- DURABLE, WATERPROOF, XL PROTECTION: The CellVault XL protects batteries and other critical gear while keeping it accessible and organized. The integrated webbing clip allows you to access the CellVaults contents without removing it, or you can quickly detach it for more control. The CellVault XL has twice the capacity of the original CellVault, with a removable inner divider. Other CellVault products include the larger CellVault-5M Modular Battery Storage Case and the narrow CellVault-18.
- STORE BATTERIES & MORE: The internal divider can keep CR123 batteries secure even when the CellVault XL is inverted. Just squeeze the front and back of the tube to release CR123s. It holds up to 2 18650 batteries (with the divider removed), 6 CR123s, 8 AAAs, or 4 AAs or 18350s (with extra space). It can also store memory cards, keys, hooks & line, a light stick, compass, first aid gear, medicine, coffee packets, electrolyte powder, a sewing kit, or a small lighter. Great for mini survival kits!
- ATTACHMENT OPTIONS: The integrated clip securely attaches to MOLLE / PALS webbing, straps, and other gear and allows access to contents without removal. Lanyard holes on both ends of the CellVault XL allow for additional security. It features a slim vertical profile that utilizes 1 M.O.L.L.E. webbing column, giving you more room for other gear including first aid kits, ammo, and tools. Attach it to a tactical vest, chest rig, plate carrier, duty belt, backpack, seat mount, or other gear.
- KEEP OUT THE ELEMENTS: The included rubber o-ring seals out water, dirt, and contaminants, keeping your gear safe and dry. The CellVault XL is not designed to be waterproof under prolonged submersion; it is not designed for diving. Users should check the lip and o-ring of the CellVault XL for debris or wear that could prevent it from being waterproof over time.

Holds 6 CR123 batteries snug so they don't rattle or make noise due to an insert. That insert also makes it so they don't all come out at once which is nice.

I originally bought the callvault18 and loved it. I wanted an extra one with a little more capacity so I tried the XL. I was disappointed with the XL. It's kind of flimsy and the latch is definitely not as sturdy as the 18. The divider doesn't lock in well. I tried putting 2 18350 batteries in one side with the divider and the batteries pushed the divider out if the slot every time. The dividers work for cr123, but they rattle around pretty bad. The 18 has foam at the bottom so that the batteries are locked in tight, without any rattle, when the lid is closed. I have the big cellvault5M on the way and I know I'll like it. So I'd recommend getting one or two cellvault18 for compact storage and the larger cellvault5M for storing several batteries.

This product has everything in the world to like about it: sturdy (I do not doubt the durability), it attaches clean to any type of MOLLE. Color options are excellent. Big problem: loud loud loud. I drive a very large and louder truck it took me two seconds to identify exactly where this thing was at with batteries inside of it. I ended up having to put write a rubber band around each battery to silence it. Totally not cool the only reason why I kept it is because I love the concept and maybe the manufacturer will come out and come up with a solution I have one in mind so will wait a little while.

Definitely expensive, but in my line of work, it’s worth the money to have batteries accessible when needed. Glad I went with the XL due to need for AAA, AA, CR123, etc. If you need to store batteries on your person/gear...these fit the bill. Nicely designed/made!
