    • BUYER BEWARE - PCOnline is horrible
DO NOT ORDER FROM PCONLINE US. I have a minor but impactful issue with this laptop that doesn't allow me to connect anything through the USB ports. After initiating a service request within the first 30 days of purchase, they asked me to ship the laptop in. I did so, and they returned the laptop with a USB bridge, no instructions or follow up at all. The bridge is a workaround, not a fix, and unfortunately the bridge also doesn't work for what I need. After repeated back and forths with their service team, and then me demanding a refund, they inform me it's past their 90 day return policy. It has been a wildly frustrating experience, and I paid over $1500 for a laptop that doesn't work the way I need it to. DO NOT ORDER FROM PCONLINE US. ... show more

    • Open box sold as new, but PHENOMENAL MACHINE
Would have been 5 stars if box wouldn’t have been opened. The product is phenomenal, intel i9 processor and a 5070ti, it blows everything I throw at it out of the water. But clearly this was a return advertised as brand new. The seal on the box was broken and said void on it just like a few others on here have shown. The plastic bags that everything was in, laptop, charger, and manual booklet were clearly opened and reused. That being said. Holy crap. The speed of this machine, the clarity, how fast it shipped. All of this was worth it for me to take the risk and I am very glad I did. There was a sale for $1599 for this laptop and honestly it’s a steal at that price. The one thing performance wise that is lacking are the speakers, however most of us use headsets to game so it’s not that big of an issue. If you get this as a deal I see no reason to spend the additional money on a name brand that is more recognizable. If it is priced comparable to a msi or ASUS or other reputable brand I would likely go the known brand route, but if they end up on a significant sale again, I would recommend it. ... show more

    • 10 crashes in two weeks
In the two weeks or so since I got this laptop it has crashed somewhere around 10 times. 3 of those were in one day before noon. Several of these crashes were unprompted (one literally happened while I was moving it from one surface to another) and the others were when I was just barely multitasking (listening to youtube while playing a game. Once was just from briefly pulling up windows to check the time). I've decided to return it, but I'm incredibly disappointed. On top of that, I had to install basic drivers that weren't pre-installed just so I could play games off steam. It gets real hot. Games run good tho, but ur gonna wanna run low settings cuz the heat. So far every time I play a game it let's me play for a while then the game crashes. Weird right? But decent still i suppose for secondary gaming and creative purposes.

The display is amazing and very bright, I don't see the 300hz though, only 240hz. But that's fine. Temps stay around 78 on Gaming mode but do get up to 90 if you put it on Performance mode. Keyboard stays cool though, even after 2-3 hours of gaming. You will easily hit 240 fps in basically any game. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because even though my internet is 1 Gig , the downloads are not as fast , I updated WiFi drivers and all updates. Also the RGB keyboard is not very bright but that's not a big deal either for me. I always keep it at home so no problem for me but you should know the charging wire is very thick and heavy.
