Our baby loved this for the first 4 months of life. We just laid him down and started walking. He loved looking at the trees. He sortof let us know when he had outgrown it and started crying when we would place him in it. Since he had a really sturdy neck, we transitioned to the normal stroller function around 4 months. Got some really good use out of it. I like how his back was straight and not curved, as well. Also, no, your baby is not strapped in when using this product. Finally! Thank you, Thule, for making a bassinet for sale in the U.S. market. I have both the original Urban Glide (2016) and Urban Glide 2 (2018), and this fits seamlessly.
