We bought this baby supporter for using it along with the Urban Glide 2. The quality looks great but the instructions... omg what a nightmare! The manual is useless. Makes you wonder, how come Thule (a pricy brand!) didn’t put a little more effort on helping their customers with such an important item for babies? I had to go through the few videos and reviews online to get it done. And since none of these videos/reviews comes from the manufacturer, I am still not 100% sure that I got it right (even when it looks like). So again, item is great but if you have a Urban Glide Stroller good luck installing this. ... show more

This Thule system really is fantastic gear. Well made and wonderfully designed. The problem is with the instructions. It is actually comical how poorly done the instruction manuals are. Installing this baby supporter is not necessarily intuitive and because it's your baby it's important to get it right. I really wish I had a full-color step-by-step manual for installation. But Thule sends this grainy black and white (poorly) photocopied abbreviation of instructions that provide absolutely zero assistance in setting this thing up properly. Works great, nice design. Easy to install. We started using this when the baby was 3-4 months old. Essentially as soon as she could mostly support her head. If your baby is less than 3 months old you probably want to look into the sling that thule has. The head support does an excellent job of supporting the head. Her head doesn't move or bounce around. We do not use any type of helmet with this. The body support just kinda wraps up from the bottom and around the belly. Holds the baby in place, doesn't bounce around or move around. Baby loves being in this and riding. We use this with the single chariot as our primary mode of transportation. ... show more

I will say, it took a minute to figure it out, but this pad is actually pretty intuitively installed! Thule notes this is for a baby not infant- so if you’re planning on running with a child less than 6 months old you need the car seat adapter to keep your little one safe- not just this pad. Made very well but did not fit with my 4 month old baby that weighs 16 lbs. I wish Thule would give weight ranges for size instead of stating months. My baby is a bit large for his age, so it was a toss up between this and the infant sling. It holds him securely and allows room for him to move his arms around. A great addition to a great stroller! Can't wait to log some miles with the boy.

This has been perfect for our baby boy to take a ride with his big sister in the Thule/Chariot carrier. He first started using this at ~4 months (when he could hold his head up), and it fit him perfectly at the lowest setting. He's now 6 months, and ready to readjust to the medium setting.
