After using this stroller it’s hard to go back to any other stroller. The convenience of not having to take your baby out of the car seat at all is insane. It’s a little heavy but honestly it’s so worth it to drop the wheels as soon as you pull car seat out of the car. The stroller handles are pretty long too so i do not have to bend to push it. I’m 6 ft tall and Doona is way to short for tall moms I kind of wish it had under storage or any kind of storage but it doesn’t. Overall this is the best stroller so far and the positive outweigh the negatives in my opinion ... show more

While it is heavy when you collapse it with the wheels, it is honestly a game changer having a car seat that converts to stroller. I’ll take the lifting over fighting to get a baby out of a car seat into a stroller any day. Makes taking the baby to appointments so much easier. I don't usually leave bad reviews but please don't buy this! I bought this for a new grandbaby and its been nothing but problems. At first it was great but then after being used around a month it started making a rattling noise. The base was reinstalled and still had a noise, but now the seat itself was shaking. I used Evenflo when I had my kids so I called and let them know what was going on. I was asked to do a Zoom call which was not an option so instead we did several videos. We were then told it was installed incorrectly so we took it and had it done professionally. The shaking has gotten much worse and then noise is even louder. This carseat almost comes off on one side. I called back and sent new video BUT this time I was told "Oh thats normal!" Evenflo refuses to do anything. They actually think its kind of funny. I do not. I made the mistake of ordering it a month before the baby was born so we didn't use it for a little bit which put us past the return date. My neice recently had a baby and bought the same car seat, her's is doing the same thing after having it 2 months! ... show more

I love the store! I bought it shortly after my baby was born, and regretting not buying it earlier. It is very easy to use, typically folds up quickly. And very easy to push, especially if you do end up going on a walk with your baby. It can occasionally be hard to fold and sometimes the wheels get stuck, but otherwise it is a great stroller. I loved being able to leave the wheels in the car and just take the car seat in with me, especially when going into a store. It is much better than having to take a stroller and a cart when going to a store. I’ve been using this every day for 10 months, and I’m dreading the day that my baby grows out of it. I will say that it can feel heavy, especially as your baby gets bigger. Sometimes the weight can make it difficult and uncomfortable to put it in the car when your baby is in it, but typically you get the hang of it. It does feel lighter when it’s just a car seat seat, not when the wheels are attached. I have also used a store when traveling, and it has been a lifesaver. It made flying much easier, and save the stress of having to find an. It made flying much easier, and save the stress of having to find a car seat for my baby when going somewhere. It’s also easy to maneuver around an airport since it is small and compact compared to a typical stroller. This thing is....very poorly thought out. Its well made, but the straps on the backside are not secured in any kind of channel or guide and very frequently the metal tab that holds the two straps together gets wedged into random parts of the underside of the seat and jams the straps. This is bad but its compounded by the fact that the wheel assembly blocks access to the underside and prevents you from fixing the problem. So if the seat is attached to the wheels, so that it functions as a stroller, you have to go the base (in your car), insert the entire assembly, separately take the seat out, fix it, then put it back. We chose this over the Doona after extensive research. Worked great for 3 months, then the brake snapped. Customer service experience was not great. Took 2 weeks of persistent emails and calls (to a third-party customer support company) to get the issue resolved. Today they said they'll send us a whole new stroller (to arrive in 1-2 weeks). So 1 month total out of commission. Other than that, we've been happy. This thing is a lifesaver for travel—especially through the airport; it's honestly worth the price for a single trip, just to not have to tote an additional gadget (stroller or carseat) when flying—and for quick errands around town. As you probably know if you've done much research, it should not be used as a primary stroller, since it's kinda useless on gravel paths or any uneven surface.
