I genuinely feel that UPPAbaby is misleading customers and essentially taking their money. Their marketing makes it seem like you can use the toddler seat in any position when transitioning to two kids, but that is absolutely not true. The lower adapter does not work with the toddler seat that comes with the stroller. When I contacted customer service, they suggested I purchase an additional toddler seat if I wanted my toddler on the lower position—which is a complete waste of money. This was never made clear upfront. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
