TC15 is similar to the popular TN12 and tailstands easier to use as a candle mode since there is no tailcap switch. Has a nice lanyard that comes with it, although you will need a pic tool to push it through the small lanyard hole. The multifunction switch is good and I like that this light is rechargeable with the usb cord without the need of my 4 bay Thrunite charger. Pocket clip is secure as well. This is more everyday carry friendly than the TN11S V2 that I have been using for a couple of years. At night on Turbo at 2300 lumens for 2 minutes is very bright and is like a wall of light compared to the TN11S V2 which is 990 lumens but a more focused hotspot that is more of a thrower beam. Very similar battery life like the TN12 but a higher output of lumens on turbo for the first 2 minutes and same amount of light on high at 1050 lumens. I also like the bronze color instead of the standard black anodized finish. Great light for a great price and well worth it. Great for walks, and camping. This is not really a tactical light because of the lack of a tailswitch, but a better everyday carry light that still has firefly mode and turbo and strobe mode available as well.

I've had this light for about 3 months now and this is a nicely finished, compact, very bright light that you can charge at home, in your car, or from a portable power bank thanks to the built-in USB charging port. It accepts any protected or unprotected 18650 cell, button top or flat top. I strongly suggest using the battery that it comes with or any high quality Samsung, Panasonic, Sanyo, Sony, or LG 18650 battery, and buy it from a reputable dealer. The UI is very simple and extremely easy to learn. You have three choices of brightness at turn on. Press and hold for about 1-1.5 seconds and you get a true firefly/moonlight mode. Or one quick press and you get your last used mode from memory (low, medium, or high). Or double press and go straight to turbo mode. Once the light is on, all you have to do to cycle thru the levels of low, medium, and high, is just press and hold the button. The light is small and very bright, so it will get hot! This happens to all small, high power flashlights. There's no way around that. Well there is, but you have to go with a less powerful light or get a much larger light that can dissipate the heat that's generated. Now here's the but. My only complaint with this light is that it has no electronic lock out. So if you carry it in your pocket or put it in a carry bag, you have to, or at least should, slightly unscrew the tail cap to be safe from accidental turn on. A few things I forgot to mention. For this being considered a cool white led, it's got no hint of blueish tint to it at all. It could just be my sample, but I'd call it a bright natural white at around 5700k. In a side by side comparison, there's hardly any discernable difference between this led and the high CRI Nichia 219C 5700k led's in my Convoy S12. Even the color rendition is excellent. Also, just an added bonus, my Convoy S12 (21700 battery), my Astrolux EC01 (21700 battery) and MF01 Mini (26650 battery), my Sofirn SP31 and SP32, and my Wowtac A1S all fit in the holster that is supplied with this light. And it's also supplied with one of the largest lanyards I've ever received with a light. I don't use them, but you can easily get your hand through this one, even if you have large hands.

I absolutely love the flashlight when it worked it was super bright. The recharge time was fast and convenient. I didn’t weigh a lot and I carried it everywhere. The only problem is LED kept burning out. I don’t know what caused it the second time but the first time I did get it wet but the second time it just burnt out overtime. I have two other flashlights from them and they don’t have that same issue.

I absolutely love this flashlight. It's the perfect size for a tactical flashlight l, compact and light enough to carry all day. I haven't put it's battery to the test but it hasn't died on me yet. It feels very durable, but again I haven't run it over with a car or anything to see just how durable. It's easy to switch brightness and you don't have to cycle through every one just to turn it off like some other flashlights. Hold the button to change brightness, one click to turn it off and on at the same brightness. Double click for maximum brightness, triple click for strobe. Press and hold while off for firefly mode. The only this I dislike it one the highest brightness it heats up in seconds and after a minute it becomes very warm. Not hot, it doesn't burn my hand, just very warm. Like those electric hand warmers. Honestly it's nice in the winter. I highly recommend this flashlight, it's absolutely worth the price.

This is a sturdy, bright, elegant flashlight. I was pleased with it when it first came. However, it can not hold a charge as well as my regular $15 AA-battery flashlight, which still turns on without needing any battery care after 3 years. The Trunite was always out of charge when I went to use it. It did recharge the first 2 times, but loses the charge before the next use. Three days ago I went to turn it on again and it was out of charge - no light came on. Once again I plugged it into the charger, went through the Google posts to find out the steps to get the charging light to stop flashing purple, finally got a red light, and left it charging for 3 days. Today the red light was still red, and unplugging it from the charger and turning it on did nothing - no light. There's something really wrong with the battery and charging system. I liked this light a lot at first when it worked, but it finally just plain does not work after only 3 years and minimal use. One star.

The two-way clip broke at the first bend right away as I attached it to a ball cap. I contacted ThruNite and they mailed me another clip. Otherwise, the product is exactly as described and very effective.

This was my first Thrunite, purchased in '22. Still as bright as day one, and battery is still going strong. Perfect all-around flashlight, and is a great floodlight in turbo, especially given its relatively small size.
