You can take just one, or double or even triple up for especially rough nights, and not feel wiped out in the morning. Works very well and helps me sleep. I've taken drug store brand melatonin for years. I recently decided to try Thorne because I use several Thorne supplements and trust the brand's quality. This melatonin works exponentially better than the drug store brands that I've been using for years. In fact, I had to lower my dose from 5mg to 3mg. I suggest taking it 45 minutes before going to bed. You'll be sound asleep moments later.

I have been using Throne’s melatonin as needed, and it has truly aided in my sleep routine. I’ve always struggled with falling asleep, often tossing and turning for hours. However, after taking this melatonin, I find myself drifting off comfortably within 30 minutes to an hour. I’ve ordered this several times. In my opinion it’s the right strength to get me to relax and sleep 6 hours, and wake up without feeling groggy and hungover. No residual yawns and frowns! I take it regularly, though sometimes stop it for a couple of weeks to reset so I don’t get dependent on it.

I struggle to sleep, no matter how tired I am. A friend recommended melatonin. I chose Thorne because I they have an excellent reputation and I am not able to test the product to make sure it has what it says it has. I have used Thorne for years and have their vitamins and DIM on subscribe and save. I believe they work. Thorne is a quality company. I have used this melatonin several times now, and I do fall asleep on the nights I take the melatonin! Not always right away, but I do fall asleep. I need at least 7 hours of sleep time if I take this or I feel groggy. The capsule is easy to take as it is only a fraction over a half inch long- tiny! If you struggle with sleep, it is worth giving this a try. Recommended!

I’ve been using melatonin for a while, and I decided to switch to this 3 mg version after realizing the 10 mg tablets I was taking from a cheaper brand were actually making me feel groggy in the morning. Did not work at all. Horrible feeling not being able to sleep. I was using a different brand before, same dosage and it was working. As soon as I stopped taking this after several nights of no sleep, I used the previous brand again and I finally slept!
