I struggle to sleep, no matter how tired I am. A friend recommended melatonin. I chose Thorne because I they have an excellent reputation and I am not able to test the product to make sure it has what it says it has. I have used Thorne for years and have their vitamins and DIM on subscribe and save. I believe they work. Thorne is a quality company. I have used this melatonin several times now, and I do fall asleep on the nights I take the melatonin! Not always right away, but I do fall asleep. I need at least 7 hours of sleep time if I take this or I feel groggy. The capsule is easy to take as it is only a fraction over a half inch long- tiny! If you struggle with sleep, it is worth giving this a try. Recommended!

Not everyone can use this product. I experienced the negative side effects of headache, nausea and dizziness that others have reported. This may be because it has a higher potency than similar products available at the local drugstore due to the manufacturer's "higher" production standards. What a shame. I was looking forward to having my sleep difficulties resolved by using this company's melatonin. The search continues.

Works Okay, But Not Consistent I’ve been using this melatonin for a few weeks now, and while it does help me fall asleep, the effects aren’t always consistent. Some nights, I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling refreshed, but other nights, I toss and turn for hours. The dosage is just right, but it seems like the effectiveness varies depending on the day. I also experience some grogginess in the morning on occasion, which is something I wasn’t expecting. It’s not bad, but I think I might try a different brand next time to see if it works better for me.
