I struggle to sleep, no matter how tired I am. A friend recommended melatonin. I chose Thorne because I they have an excellent reputation and I am not able to test the product to make sure it has what it says it has. I have used Thorne for years and have their vitamins and DIM on subscribe and save. I believe they work. Thorne is a quality company. I have used this melatonin several times now, and I do fall asleep on the nights I take the melatonin! Not always right away, but I do fall asleep. I need at least 7 hours of sleep time if I take this or I feel groggy. The capsule is easy to take as it is only a fraction over a half inch long- tiny! If you struggle with sleep, it is worth giving this a try. Recommended!

I have been using Throne’s melatonin as needed, and it has truly aided in my sleep routine. I’ve always struggled with falling asleep, often tossing and turning for hours. However, after taking this melatonin, I find myself drifting off comfortably within 30 minutes to an hour. The formula is effective, and while I occasionally feel a bit groggy the next day, it helps me achieve a deeper, more restful sleep. Having tried numerous drugstore brands that never worked for me, I can confidently say that Throne’s melatonin is worth the investment. I bought these to give me something to take on days when I'm sort of wired and need help going to sleep. I had someone recommend the larger size but I went with the smaller as I didn't want to be too knocked out. These things work - took one over the w/e and slept 9 hours. Was a little groggy in the am but after breakfast and a shower I felt human again.

I’m glad I only bought the 3mg because it’s stronger than any other brand I’ve ever had. I wish they had an even smaller dose because of how potent it is.

I tried double dose and still no sleep. My issue is, that while I fall asleep easily and fast, after about four hours I wake up and can't get back to sleep and four hours is not enough. It did not help with this at one or two tablets, taken when I went to bed or when I woke up. My old product did work but it was full of junk - sweetener, color, flavor, etc. I liked that this is a relatively clean product. May try increasing to three tablets.

Works Okay, But Not Consistent I’ve been using this melatonin for a few weeks now, and while it does help me fall asleep, the effects aren’t always consistent. Some nights, I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling refreshed, but other nights, I toss and turn for hours. The dosage is just right, but it seems like the effectiveness varies depending on the day. I also experience some grogginess in the morning on occasion, which is something I wasn’t expecting. It’s not bad, but I think I might try a different brand next time to see if it works better for me.
