These are great as a snack or meal replacement if you buy the larger ones. I keep one in the car when I'm out keeps me from needing to pick up something to eat if I get hungry. Yes,it stabilize your blood sugar.

I love the chocolate flavored glucerna, but the strawberry has an offputting, very strong artificial flavor that even mixing a single bottle into a half gallon of milk could hide. I haven't tasted the vanilla yet but I am happy that there is at least one flavor I enjoy.

I like the supplement for food in a liquid form when you need a little boost. This worked well for my elderly parent who doesn't eat as much as she should but this drink makes sure she gets what is needed daily and she likes it.
