Not happy with this purchase. My client is getting married in 4 days and this thing is a tacky poorly constructed mess. The holes are not even and we will have to drill new ones to avoid splitting the wood. I got this because I didn't feel like building it myself. This is not a quick and easy project. The hole that the pole slides in for the foot was way too small! Where is the quality control. Heck I deserve a refund because I am basically using this as a template. I have to now pull out a drill and a saw! Heck I would say pay the extra $10 bucks and avoid this mess. I'm an event planner and I have 3 events this weekend. I don't have time for this. The one positive is that it's real wood. Poorly painted but it's real. My suggestion to the manufacturer would be invest in better quality control!

Works great for what we paid. Looks like real wood from five feet away, the only issue is that the holes that it came drilled with were in the wrong place so we had to drill new ones otherwise the whole thing would not have fit together. This would have been an issue if we hadn't had the right tools. Takes a bit of assembling - but held together well and looked great for the ceremony!

I'm an event planner and this is the arch my client wanted. In trying to put this "circle" together, the pieces DO NOT line up to complete an actual circle. It should be very simple and it has turned into an actual project that I don't have time for nor should have to do. The screws to attache the base to the circle are WAY too small to hold it up. I don't have an option now but to scramble to find a replacement arch for this wedding. I just don't understand how a simple circle can't be manufactured to actually be the circle it shows online.
