These are WORTH THE MONEY. Heavy, they push way into the ground and will anchor whatever you need anchored even in the strongest wind. I just them mainly as an extra tent pole or two especially if it's windy, and I use them to push my outdoor seasonal decorations into the ground. They ARE heavy and thick so do not work in small holes.
