We just bought the Rangetop for our new renovation kitchen. OMG, the Rangetop looks awesome! Sleek and durable, just like in the picture. The best of all its easy to installed, only took 20 minutes or less. We also bought the hood to come with it :) If we have known about the Thor products and how easy to reach out for help at Thor customer service teams. We would have bought all other appliances for our kitchen. I love the cooktop, it is very nice. However, my order was suppose to arrive with the conversion kit, which never showed up. I try contacting the seller but refuses to communicate with me. Please stay away from seller
