Wife purchased these chairs after a tornado tossed by 250 lb wood benches into the field.. at first these chairs seemed legit, but noticed one across the fire pit was leaning excessively.. the next day I reinforced the front lag span with some trex deck boarding I had left over from previous job.. shored them up much better and the lean is gone.. the company needs to be aware of this.. believe max weight is 320 lbs per chair.. now that I added the front leg supports to all 8 chairs that might be a possibility.. without the trex supports ain’t no way.. overall, love look of the chairs, but spent the better part of a hot summer afternoon making the chairs stable and sturdy… since the cost of these were well over $500, one would assume further “labor” would not be necessary, but that’s not the case. ... show more

Love these chairs! They are sturdy and good quality. They were fairly simple to put together. I did it myself and it took me about a half hour for the first chair and then maybe 20 minutes each for the other 3. Way better than spending thousands on the "name brands" for the same material.
