Update - Seller contacted me after I posted this review. They were obviously concerned about receiving only three stars and wanted to make it right. The quickly sent me a replacement. I have revised the review to 5 stars as a result. The product is fine, the problem with the adhesive is not their fault and could have been an anomaly. I really appreciate it when a seller expresses real concern and makes an effort to make it right. Used this to mount a Mobius camera on a Garmin handlebar mount. The tape wasn't strong enough to withstand the twist force required to twist into the Garmin mount so I only gave three stars. I wound up attaching it to the camera with CA glue.

Lasted less than three months. One of the tabs (ears) wore off due to switching from bike to bike often. I guess it is fine if you only have one bike and seldom remove it... might last twice as long then.

A great fix for broken tabs that don’t hold the Garmin 520 to the mount. Crazy glued then attached with the included screws to make a tight fit. Highly recommend.

Yup, it works. Fits perfectly over the Garmin quarter turn mount and attaches firmly with 5 small screws. The screws are just the right length to only go thru the existing mount and not damage any internals of your Garmin device. I didn't use the included 3M VHB tape because it just didn't seem necessary. I just sanded the old mount and this adapter in a few spots where they make contact and added a few drops of cyanoacrylate glue (Super/Krazy glue) before screwing them together. Super solid and seems like it should last. This will increase the height of your Garmin device about 5 mm which shouldn't be an issue for any reason I can think of (a tiny tiny bit less aero maybe?). Fits perfectly in all the mounts I've tried. This should also work to repair a broken Wahoo device but would require using a utility knife to trim the tab opening a tiny bit and rotating the adapter 90 degrees (compared to the orientation used for Garmin devices). I've done this with a few mounts and it has worked perfectly every time so far.

I have a light that has a unique mount. I got it for the uniqueness except that I lost it... I have plenty of Garmin mount, so I can modify it with this to use it again. The installation on the particular light will require drilling holes for screws.
