By far my favorite phone. The battery life is great, main hinge is very durable, and i think its a good value for the money. The screen quality is comparable to other phones. I would recommend a screen protector for your front screen because I've cracked 2 of them, but it was definitely my fault and not the phone's. Until that point, I didn't even notice a scratch. The only other issue I've had was overheating, but only in direct sunlight. Other than that, over heating was not an issue. I purchased this Galaxy Z Fold from thegadgetdeals. I was excited because this is a really cool phone. I got it and visually it was in good condition, it even came with a s reen protector on the inside screen. But then I noticed that it wouldn't charge wireless. 9 then noticed that the screen protector was coming g loose. After that I noticed what looked like a hair on the screen screen, it wouldn't blow off so I figured it was under the screen protector. I lifted it up and the hair didn't move, it later got bigger. I requested a refund and got it. The seller said it was a damaged pixel then charged me a restocking fee for a phone the clearly needed repaired. Accused me of dropping it cause they said the camera lens protector that I put on was cracked. Therefore even more proof, in their eyes, that the phone wasn't returned in the condition it was shipped. I will never buy from them again. And will tell my family and friends not to either. ... show more

Almost one month ago, I bought this phone and have been using it regularly. Overall, it is working well. 1. The phone looked 100% new when I received it. 2. The battery performs excellently; after charging, I can use it for a day and a half. I did encounter a small issue with the system because the phone was locked by the admin. I contacted Amazon and the seller's customer service, and they were very friendly and helpful in resolving the issue. If they couldn't fix it, they offered to arrange a return and refund. I'm seriously loving this phone. I'd been eyeing a co-worker's phone for a few years, and when I belatedly realized my Note 9 (which I hardly ever used) was no longer supported, I went for this right away. I think my only disappointment is that the S-Pen doesn't work the same on a Z Fold as it does for the Note. I'm happy with the screen, the battery life, the storage, the reception (not the best where I live, but this phone makes the best of it), the way the apps run, and the feel of the phone--although I keep it in a case, because I drop everything. I've yet to take more than one photo in it, but that one was fine. I may be firmly in the Apple walled garden, with my iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple TV, iPad, and MacBook Air, but I hardly use my iPhone anymore; it's now kind of just there to make certain features work on its fruity Companions. Some of my relatives who saw my phone over the holidays liked it. They lost interest when I answered their questions about the price, but my point is they were intrigued by my phone! If I could, I'd take off half a star for the way Samsung nerfed the S-Pen, but that's not an option. I don't think the loss of that functionality is worth a whole star, so it gets five in my book. ... show more

Shipping on this phone was Excellant. Expected delivery was about 5-7 days but came on the 2nd day. The condition was said to be good but it's more of an acceptable condition, because there were some dings on sides and a scratch on bottom. Nothing too crazy because case covers them, but I mean thought the condition would be a bit better. The fold experience is definitely an experience and would definitely recommend it. Gaming,videos, multitasking is just amazing. The camera on the front is actually very good and the camera facing you is amazing...but all that changes once you open the phone up. The camera becomes like a early 2000s camera and kinda blurry for the camera facing you. . Overall because of the condition of the phone I would give this a 4/5 rating but if it was in better condition and a discount was given then I would definitely be giving a 5/5. ... show more
