This is small so amount of back support is minimal. Where it does have coverage it does support well. I will use for walking and very light yard work however will still use a substantial brace for for more strenuous activities

Great size for anyone like me with less than 1" between lowest rib and pelvic bones. Thin enough to wear under my jeans, but still provided good support. Velcro is strong enough to hold in place, but not so strong to cause trouble undoing it like others I've had.
