This belt reduced my lumbar pain 50% the first time I tried it. It has a triangular part that fits right on my L4 and L5 to relieve my pain, which happens to be caused by L4! This is definitely good an affordable lightweight option for giving you back some support when needed. I like that you can adjust the belt as needed. The size makes it easy to hide under your clothes. For better comfort I recommend not putting it directly on your skin.

The cybryeh back brace is perfect for me. I am short and the width is perfect. I have been looking for a slim brace for a long time. I wear it every day. It is easy to put on and not at all bulky. I use the magnets but they can be easily removed.
