We had two failing and rotting posts in the back yard - the core posts were fine, but there was a bit of rot at the ground level. Propped the leaning poles up while using a leveler to make sure they were straight before installing these two puppies with a nice thick mallet hammer to get them deep and secure. Voila! Worked like a charm.

I used this to repair two rotted 4x4 fence posts. They worked great and are built really well. The welds look great and it’s just a very high quality product. It was a nice surprise to see that with the hardware package was a drill bit and a magnetic driver socket for the lag screws. I will buy this again if the need arises ******update****** After having these in the ground for awhile, I would recommend setting them in concrete right from the beginning. I have two that I had set in concrete initially because the soil was too loose to just pound them in the ground and they are still holding tight. The one that I did just pound in the ground has started to work its way loose so I pulled it back out and set it in concrete also now. So be aware that over time they may loosen up in the soil and you may need to redo them if they aren’t set in concrete

Very good quality and fixed my problem of sagging fence posts. I used on split rail fence posts. It was somewhat of a pain to drive into the earth. I used a 4 or 5 lb sledge hammer. It’s expensive….but the one piece design, thickness, and weld quality are superb. Glad I went with this product/brand. Doesn’t stick out as much as I thought, which is a good thing. Only reason I deducted 1 star is for the cost.

If your post is a little wobbly this clever invention will make it good and solid. Easy to sink and attach, and it works. No need to start digging. Brilliant!

The set-back design of the support worked perfectly to create a strong connection for the 4x4 fence post that had rotted just above the concrete base it was set in. The post is heavy, and well-designed to resist any flexing of the post to winds.
