The Awning Cleaner cleans awnings, shower stalls, rubber, vinyl, and plastic, removing tough stains, bugs, bird droppings and also offers UV protection. Chlorine-free and color-safe, the product can be used to clean showers, awnings, rubber moldings, canvas, vinyl, upholstery, carpets, and more. To use the product, just spray on the soiled areas and allow the product to penetrate for a few minutes. Scrub with a cloth or a brush and rinse or wipe with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a nylon brush.

This is a very good product and gets a lot of dirt out. Some reviewed it as making awnings look like new - that’s not really happening unless your awning is only a couple of years old. But it sure does clean well.

This works pretty well but if you're like us we hadn't kept up with our awning like we should have. We had to do some scrubbing but over all it got most of the stains out and worked fine.

    • Simple Awning Cleaner!
This product works great. I've tried others but this one totally dissolves and removes the heavy soot that builds up on my awnings from the local aircraft that land at a nearby airport. Being in the landing pattern creates this problem as jet engine burn fuel very less efficiently as they slow down so their excess black fumes land on my roof and awnings.     • It cleans but, didn't faze my stains.
I can see that this formula cleans but, haven't had it on long enough to determine if it protects my awning from fading, especially in the harsh Florida summers. So far-so good. For some reason there is some discoloration that leaked through from the top to the underneath the awning and that is when I purchased this product. I followed the directions and attempted to remove the stains for several days in a row. Though I attempted to repeat the process for 4 days, there were no improvements on the stain. This cleaner works fast! As soon as the stream of cleaner came in contact with the dirt the dirt melted away. This cleaner worked best for me by just spraying the cleaner onto the awning, letting it sit for just a little then wash away the dirt. I did scrub the dirtiest areas.

Very dirty awnings had to do them twice but the cleaner worked fine. Learned this a long time ago clean the awnings on a cloudy cool day. Stuff does not dry out like when used in sun
