It keeps water cold all day and doesn't leak...what more can I say?! When I first got these I filled them up and tested for leaking. When the lid was closed and I laid it on its side there was water in the top when I opened it. I was bummed. Looked like the water was leaking out of the vent for the straw. Then I noticed a little knobby thing (yup that's the technical term) on the lid that clearly was supposed to plug that hole when the lid closed. After checking it out more I realized when i put the straw in, the part you sip on, I didn't get it all the way up. So you push it in from the underside, but after you do that, grab the part you sip on and give it a tug. It will come up through the lid just a little bit more. Then I closed the lid and it hasn't leaked since. I think anyone else with reviews saying it leaks probably hasn't figured this out. And whoever uploaded the video of it leaking, aka pouring out of the straw when the lid isn't closed...ah duh lady. Straws don't seal themselves. Of course tipping it upside down will make the water pour out. Come on. It comes in a ton of different options and my kids love them! Also, they're not that heavy. Some people make it seem like their kid cant lift these, my 2 yr old daughter carries hers all day wherever she goes. ... show more

Honestly don't know why there are so many positive reviews on this item. I literally never write reviews but went out of my way to write a negative review on this because it LEAKS ALL THE TIME!!! Drives me crazy. It's great that it's stainless steal and minimal plastic, PBA free, etc but seriously every time we use it my toddler is sitting in a puddle in the stroller or car seat. It's so frustrating. I want to like it but I just had to throw all of them away because we needed multiple outfit changes from the leaks. If you don't mind getting constantly wet or it's for an older child that doesn't sit in a seat then maybe it's better but I can't take it anymore. ... show more

I have twins and wanted to order pink and purple thermos. I thought I was going crazy because the blue came but it has a hint of violet so I wasnt completely sure. I ordered violet again and once again another blue came I’m stubborn and determined so I ordered it one last time and the purple finally came. The handles are different on the same listing ..I like the bigger handle, I think it’s easier for toddlers to hold however the purple only comes in the small handle and the pink one is advertised with a large handle but when I got it it was small. It’s not 100% leak proof when you flip it over completely it does leak however if they put it on the floor sideways it doesn’t leak out. It also does not leak when the top is snapped on. Overall I do like it but with some modifications, and wish it didn’t take 3 times to get the right color. (I read this happened in other reviews as well) ... show more

I’m not one of those people who leave bad reviews because they can’t clean out a container properly and mold grew or something ok, so hear me out: I’ve never had a situation where this doesn’t leak all over my kid... usually when we are out and I have to change their clothes. There is LITERALLY no reason why this should be happening except that this product is just straight up trash. I don’t know where these amazing reviews are coming from but save your money. These bottles are far worse than Zak and Contigo. They leak all over the place and both my kids ate the tip of the tiny, thin straw off. When my son holds his closed water bottle upside down, water still manages to pour out. I ordered two of these and threw both in the trash. I switched to Camelbak, which works much better and is equally easy to clean (though I do recommend getting a tiny brush to thoroughly clean the mouthpiece). ... show more

This thermos is fantastic for my 5-year-old daughter. She takes it to school every day and it keeps water cold until well after she gets home. She loves the pink color of it too. And as a parent, I love that it's a color rather than a character she may grow out of in a month or two. It's a few inches taller than other smaller water bottles I've purchased but it still fits in her lunch box and the side mesh pocket of her backpack. Cleaning it is pretty easy. The product details say dishwasher safe which I was excited about. But when I got it home and looked at the paper that came with it, it says top rack only and that washing in the dishwasher may cause the color on the outside to scratch. I haven't had a problem with it yet but it's only been a week. Otherwise, the pieces come out easily (see pictures) to wash and I love that the straw mouth piece is a flat circle rather than one with a lip on it, making it easier to clean. The only reason I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars is that it does leak if you too it over through the small air hole (not the drinking hole). Since my daughter is 5, it's no big deal for her. However, if my 1-year-old gets a hold of it, it spills everywhere. Something to keep in mind if you don't want any leaks. But otherwise, love this water bottle and we'll be using it for awhile! ... show more

Potential to get mold in the plastic part of the cup. My son's cup had mold in it, thought the black was a piece of the cup, it wasn't until the mold moved from cleaning that I realized it wasn't. Totally horrified! Especially after I made an effort to try and make sure I cleaned it good. The part with the mold, I can only fit a tooth pick in it and it's barely moving. It's become a part of the plastic. Not big enough to hold enough liquid, when you get down to the bottom of the drink, you have to open the cup to finish it off. The straw isn't long enough. This is an awesome thermos. My daughter is 5 and i use them for her lunch bag. I add milk or juice and let it chill overnight in the fridge. Put it into her lunch bag next morning and good to go all day!! Stays super cold and easy for her to operate. 100% leak proof. I saw somebody say mold issues? None here...i think maybe they just don't take time to clean it properly. It's super easy to dissasemble and put back together. I ordered a few replacement straws just in case but have not had to use them yet. So far so good and it's great!! Perfect size for a small pre k lunch bag or a trip to the park etc... ... show more
