I bought the Thermaltake computer with RTX 4070Ti and the 14th generation Intel CPU. I've overall been very impressed by it. There might be possible to buy a more powerful prebuilt computer than this, but not without paying a few more thousand dollars, and this is already very close to the bleeding edge. This is on of the few sellers that was even offering the latest 14th generation intel i9 CPUs so close to the release date of the 14th generation. The cooling system has been very impressive. The computer is powerful enough that even video games with bleeding edge graphics won't push it to its limits, but you can get to those limits reaching nearly 100% of CPU and GPU usage if you're using extremely demanding AI and video encoding applications. Even under nearly 100% usage, however, the CPU and GPU temperature will never run above 70 degrees Celsius in my experience, the fans will just run louder but are still a massive improvement over my previous HP Omen laptop in terms of fan noise. This is clearly a very well-built system. My only complaint is that it would be nice if there were customization options so I could have chosen RTX 4080 or 4090 if I wanted (probably wouldn't have been able to afford it tho). I would also have liked to be able to get it with 64 GB of RAM rather than 32 GB and with more than 2 TB of internal SSD storage if it had been an option. That said, it should not be too hard to add upgrades yourself if you want to. All the parts are easily accessible by hand and the computer comes with the instructions manuals to help you with it if you want. At the very least, there should be an option to get a dark grey tower color instead of the white color because changing the whole chassis by hand would be a pain. ... show more

This computer runs on Windows 11. I was exclusively looking for a computer that runs on Windows 10 because Windows 11 is very unstable and freezes when certain programs are installed such as Adobe Creative Suite. The graphics card shown on the photo is also misleading and false advertisment! The photo on Amazon clearly shows 4 HDMI female plugs, but the actual graphics card you'll get only has 3 plugs and only ONE HDMI female plug. The computer case itself is nice, but the design on the back is terrible. I can barely fit my monitor socket in the designated slot (not enough clearance from the metal case). Also, the 3rd slot on the right might be usuable because it's also being blocked by the badly designed metal case. Lastly, the wifi component of the computer needs an external antenna to work. This is actually the first time I'm seeing this among all the computers I purchased previously. Just another thing you need to wire in the back of the computer and to place the antenna somewhere. What an eyesore and another thing to worry about if you need to move your computer. An absolute waste of time! Now I have to repack and send this HEAVY computer back. ZERO stars if possible! I'm very mad! Amazon needs to verify the ads before publishing and stop wasting people's time! ... show more

I am not a computer nerd at all. I bought this computer at my brother's recommendation; he works for Intel and is a computer genius. He was impressed with the solid state hard drive and the liquid cooling. I am thrilled with the computer. It has been relatively easy to set up and use. This computer is very fast. I bought, installed and would recommend upgrading the memory to 32 megs; it will help performance but it also lights up in the most amazing panoply of colors, making it worth the price of the additional memory just for the light show! I only give tech support 3 stars because I have not yet had to use them, so I don't know how good they are. ... show more

I had been upgrading a machine that I built years ago. When the graphics card died I had enough. This new machine is nice, no bloatware, quiet, fast out of the box. Weird issue with the HDMI on the primary monitor that makes the monitor go dark for second then comes back. Def the graphics card. Going to switch to DisplayPort and see if it goes away. PC arrived in good shape. Took out of package, hooked up peripherals, booted up and noticed immediately only half of the fans were working and the computer wouldn't post. Turned off and checked connections, looked good but again no post and cpu cooler fans were not turning on. Took back panel off and started tracing cables. Pulled out the bundle shoved in behind the power supply and noticed multiple plugs not hooked up. Traced wires and used manual to identify what was what and plugged everything back together, carefully pushed the bundle back into the cubby, hooked everything back up and it's up and running. Cables were routed tight. Computer is a great value for the money, extremely happy with the purchase. ... show more
