I am thoroughly impressed with the Thermalright FW 240 SE ARGB. I installed it on my Ryzen 9 5900x, and the performance has been outstanding. My idle temperatures are hovering right around 30°C, and even when pushing the CPU under a heavy load, I haven't seen it go past 75°C. That's fantastic cooling power for such a demanding processor. The installation process was pretty straight-forward, if you know how to work on computers it shouldn't take you long. It seems like a very sturdy, well built, cooler which is great for the price. On top of the excellent performance, the aesthetics are a huge plus. The ARGB lighting looks clean and vibrant, but the real standout is the customizable screen. Being able to put custom images and stats on the pump head is a really cool feature, and it looks amazing inside my glass panel case. For the price, the combination of top-tier cooling and premium features like the screen is hard to beat. I'd highly recommend this cooler to anyone looking for great performance without sacrificing style.

My son is building a computer. I bought his computer pieces all off of Amazon. He has built a thing from scratch. Every piece we bought him so far except for one was a perfect fit. We had to return one of them and get the proper fit but we got it and every piece has worked very well and in good work and condition for the price it's definitely worth it! I recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Great aio at a crazy price...i7 13th gen idles around 37c. Software works as expected, but saving gif "themes" is kind of tricky...(save theme is under video edit section that pops up). Other than that been great so far and ez to install. Did note it felt "light" compared to my evga 240mm aio, but not sure that's a tell for anything..Installed on an Asus G16CH case that didn't have aio from factory and fits like a glove. A+

Thermalright is a great brand. They make quality products at extremely competitive prices. I used this on a 9700X and 9600X build and in both cases it kept the CPU super cool. However, the software for the included screen is not the greatest, and as far as I can tell does not work on Linux, which is why I am only giving 4 out of 5 stars. Otherwise comes with all hardware you need and works excellently.

Switched from a 7year old failing NZXT cooler that led the 5800x3d to temps that would exceed 91c. During BattleField 6 gaming. This cooler keeps it at 68-71c after hours of game play. Would definitely recommend for a cheap but very effective cooling solution.

The app that sends data to the LCD screen crashes almost daily. It keeps reverting to the default logo screen, and I have to force quit the program and re-launch it constantly. Physical build quality seems good, cooling is efficient and very quiet, included thermal paste was complete junk the consistency of playdough, it doesn’t spread, it clumps. LED’s failed after a couple days, still haven’t figured out why. So if you want a cheap cooler and nothing else, it’s fine. If you want the advertised features to work. . .buy something else.

The Thermalright FW 240 SE ARGB has worked great in my mATX build. Cooling performance is solid, it paired perfectly with my other fans, and I’ve had zero issues so far. The LCD screen looks sharp and the software to control it was easy enough to use. Excellent value AIO for the price.
