If you wake up and feel like you have sand under your eyelids, and you are trying to manage menopause, get this. The warmth gave me immediate relief and got those little eye glands working before I even got out of bed. The cold feature is fantastic to relieve puffiness. This is my current favorite beauty hack. I tend to wake up with puffiness around the eyes and chin. This product has 3 cold settings and each are effective depending on how I'm feeling . I get migraines and this helps to make those a little more comfortable for me . I have used the warm in evening before my serum and moisturizer to help absorption but not consistently. Use it daily, Travel with this, will buy as gifts! Love it.

I have serious bags under my eyes this product didn’t do anything for them. It does get cold but not as cold as an ice pack. The heat feature is nice.

Having sleep apnea is a condition I can do very little about. I wear a full size face mask nightly and for the past 25 years I’ve awoke to lines along my face and dimpling on the top of my nose. I’ve tried everything to alleviate the marks but there’s been nothing that’s worked…..until now. It’s the first thing I do when I wake up. It rids my face of marks akin to those left after a heavy nights sleep on a wrinkled pillow. It gets rid of the marks, puffiness around the cheeks and nose and reduces the redness. I can’t count how many times when after showing up for work I’ve heard the comment that I must’ve had a great nights sleep, due to marks and thinking they were pillow marks. No more. I rid my face of 95% of the redness and puffiness and this is truly a game changer for those affected with sleep apnea, not that it rids oneself of the disorder, more so ridding my face of the marks associated with it.
