I think there’s too many lines for me- I stick to one body part per workout: (legs or back or arms…etc.) with about 3-4 different sets. I was a little disappointed when I received this journal. Rather than the ultimate fitness journal, this is really geared toward people who are serious about weightlifting. Most of the space is used to track how much weight you lifted and how many reps you did. Although you can use it to track cardio and other types of exercise, it isn't really set up for that. And every page is exactly the same, without room for notes or much other information.
