I liked this book from the beginning because there are simple recipes that you can do easily. Some of the recipes are air frying, some are bake and other cooking means. I like the bake feature a lot since I like baked chicken and baked potatoes. I started out wanting to bake muffins. So this has muffin recipes too. It has a recipe for Mac and cheese, french fries, zucchini strips, tortilla chips, and a simple cheese sandwich. It has sections for meat recipes, seafood, poultry, and meatless recipes, breakfast and desserts. I like to make 2 to 4 meals and freeze them and heat up later. Over all, I like how simple many of the recipes are and know I will use the new oven a lot. ... show more

Great cookbook for Air Fryer and still use it from time to time.

    • Not worth the money!
Did not like this cookbook at at. Some recipes were not descriptive enough....I.e., sizes, amounts, and there were spelling errors throughout (even on the outside back cover, it has misspelled Fryer when saying “ I’ve compiled 250 foolproof Cuisinart Air Fryr Oven Toaster recipes.......). My husband tried making the Homemade Cheddar Biscuits on page 52 and they came out like hockey pucks. We asked ourselves why there wasn’t any leveners in it like baking soda, baking powder, or such, but thought surely they knew something we didn’t. The buttermilk didn’t even help. One recipe named Bok Choy Crisps,on page 46, says to “mix oil, bok choy, yeast, and vegan seasoning. Dump the coated KALE in the Air fryer basket.” Huh? Another recipe on page 46 called Amul Cheesy Cabbage Canapés calls for one cube of Amul cheese. I have never heard of Amul cheese, don’t know where to buy it (Amazon?), or whether I can exchange it with another hard/soft (?) cheese. Not enough detail in this book. I should have sent the book back, but maybe I’ll just light the fireplace with some torn out pages. Not sure it even deserves one star. I hope Cuisinart didn’t pay Jessie Owen to write this cookbook. ... show more
