This book has amazing recipes and great descriptions. The categories make it easy to look for a recipe and the directions are clear to make. I enjoyed this book and the creative recipes that are included. I have used this book and would recommend it for those looking for an easy to use cookbook.

Liberal use of mustard and wine
We are not crazy about mustard and found many recipes that called for mustard. Very few seafood recipes. And where are the french fries recipes? No I wouldn't recommend this book to any friends...
