I purchased this last year to use as a river tube. It’s a little large for me, but with the fabric cover no worries about falling through the bottom. I do find it difficult to arm paddle because of the size; you are sitting much higher above the water than the old truck inner tubes I used in my childhood. But not so much that I would hesitate on getting another one. I’m looking into getting a small paddle to solve that problem ;) The handles and cover are good quality/strong. I think this will last years. I love the Boston valve, as you fill it is doesn’t leak back out at you before you can cap it. I wanted to order a couple more this year but the prices have tripled since I ordered last year...waiting, in hopes the prices regulates in the fall. ... show more

I bought two of these to tow behind our boat and maybe use as river tubs for floating. The size is decent and will easily fit a kid or small adult. I unpacked one and checked out the stitching. It appears to have a strong double stitch on the outer sleeve. We are headed for the lake next weekend, so I will have to post an update on how well they hold up.
