  • Too small to me
Style: 4 Risers
Too small and cost same amount of money as the large one. I ordered the large gym size and it was $2 more. More sturdy and made better. Really don’t like the little one. Also big one has rubber top. Maybe for a small person. I attached a photo for you to compare

  • Great purchase!! Buy buy buy
Style: 2 Risers
The media could not be loaded. I have purchased both big and smaller steps and found that my clients PREFER the smaller one! No they are not cheaply made the ridges are for the safety of the person as you start to sweat it is not a slip surface!! The small one works for both BIG and SMALL people! It’s just what you prefer!! All in all I have purchased 15 and will will continue to purchase!! I RECOMMEND to everyone to purchase this step!! If you need to do push-ups or have to put your hands on the ridges put a yoga mat down or a towel! I prefer the SAFETY of my clients! If you would like to see these steps in action DanZe Fitness and Nutrition in action on Instagram and Facebook!! ... show more

  • Pay Attention to the Size!!!
Style: 4 Risers
Like the title says. I didn't unfortunately. I was trying to recreate the lifting experience in Les Mills classes and Orange Theory. They both use the platforms as a bench for lifting along with several other exercises. This platform is way too short to lay down on. Photo is with a size 6 shoe. I'm only 5' tall and my head hangs off the end if I try to lay down for bench press. The other element that was slightly disappointing was the height. It is also too short to kneel on to do dumbbell rows. What this does work well for is actual step workouts. I figured I bought a step, and I have the Les Mills Ondemand app, may as well try a step workout. WOW. I honestly thought step classes were lackluster "fake" workouts. They aren't. So while this didn't work out for my intended purpose (because reading is hard), it did help me discover another great way to work up a sweat during the stay at home orders. It's sturdy, it doesn't slide on concrete, and it is a tool for a great step workout as advertised. ... show more

  • Great Price And Product
Style: 2 Risers
When you purchase something cheap, you basically get what you paid for. Surprisingly this cheap product is a sturdy and strong product. I'm a 250lb Samoan male "trying" to do hip hop stepper cardio exercises and so far, I haven't broken it LOL!!! That being said... It's a great product to me.

  • Did not like
Style: 4 Risers
Did not like this at all. Used for the new beachbody Transform 20 workout. It was difficult to move when needed for the workout cause it would fall apart. The small ridges on top hurt your hands when having to do push-ups that I had to put a towel down. Ordered the C9 one at target for half the price and works perfect. It is just like the one used in the video. ... show more

  • Has Limitations
Style: 2 Risers
I get a good aerobic workout when using this to exercise with some of the videos on YouTube. I bought this model because it has a smaller footprint and doesn't take up as much space as the wider one. In retrospect, I should have ordered the wider one for a more effective workout. I knocked off one star because there are certain workout steps that can't be performed on this because it's not wide enough. I knocked off a second star because the platform just rests on the two bottom steps as opposed to locking into place. The bottom steps stay in place while you're working out on it, however, because they don't lock in place, it is difficult to pick it up and move it as one unit. If you have the space, I recommend that you purchase the standard (wider width) step aerobic platform. ... show more

  • Excellent Step
Style: 2 Risers
I was hesitant to purchase this, because it costs about $40-$50 less than most of the other steps with great reviews. But if you're like me, there's no way I was going to pay $75 or $80 for an aerobic step. I was not disappointed with this at all. This is actually a decent step. I was worried it would be small, but it's definitely big enough for my needs. The build quality is OK. It's pretty much just hard plastic. Probably not as durable as most of the steps I've used at the gym. But still well worth the money in my opinion. Only thing I wish is it came with additional risers to stack higher when needed. The top is grooved plastic, and not rubber. I haven't had any issues with it being slippery, but it's definitely not as good as one with a rubber top. Also, it just sits on the two gray risers it comes with. They don't snap into place or anything. So every time you pick up the step to move it, you have to move all three pieces separately. ... show more

  • Good Step at a great price.
Style: 2 Risers
This step is perfect for my needs. It's a no nonsense sturdy plastic stepper that I use for home workouts when I want to do cardio but don't have the extra time to drive back and forth to the gym. I love it. I started supplementing at home with On Demand cardio videos when I came across a Step workout and thought "how retro! I have to do this!" I remembered how much I loved Step Aerobics back in the 90's before Kick Boxing, Spin, and Zoomba edged it out at my gym and I was excited to do step again. I had a step from the days of yore but it was long gone. Enter this cute little number that fills the bill perfectly. I've only had it a few weeks but I've used it plenty already. The one set of risers is sufficient for the moment but it's good to know I can purchase a second set if I want to ramp it up. (I probably won't need them since, lets face it, I'm 25 years older than I was when I was the Step Aerobics Queen at the Y) In the meantime I am finding lots of step workouts on YouTube and having a ball doing them with this Step. ... show more
