I was so excited for this necklace to arrive only to find it was broken. I have never seen an item packaged so poorly without any kind of protection- especially not a jewelry item from a nice company. Not only that, but it looks like the stone was sloppily glued in with a hot glue gun. No wonder it popped out. The quality is not great. I don’t know what kind of base metal this is but I highly doubt that it’s silver-coated. It feels very cheap and light. I am returning this for a full refund because it arrived broken and I’m sure it would have broken eventually, anyhow, because of how poorly it’s made. I was giving the sack benefit of the doubt because I am a fan of their handbags and have many of them but I am very disappointed. Now I have the added inconvenience of returning this item in-person in order to get a refund. Don’t bother ordering this and wasting your time. ... show more

I'm not going to lie, the stone popped out in the package and I was disappointed about that and considered returning, BUT, I have a little hot glue gun and it's been fine ever since!
