I was lucky enough to have seen a news report about the League of Kitchen chefs. What a wonderful concept, sharing recipes that have a story behind them. Loved learning about the different cultures. This was a gift for my son-in-law that I bought with a gift certificate to the LoK classes in NYC. It's a lovely and colorful hardbound book and I love the premise of grandmothers from a variety of cultures offering their recipes.
