The construction isn’t consistent. It pulls in some areas and is too loose in others. I have other pants by this brand that I really like, but this pair isn’t designed as well. Returned and exchanged for another pair that I prefer the fit.

Best of all the waist stayed in place and never rolled while providing some support and tummy control. Fit was good. The drawback for me was fabric too hot and I didn’t find them as “buttery” as some have stated. I would purchase again but for fall and winter seasons.
