This product works well for dental pain. I use a few different products and I like this product best because it's flavored. Both the smell and taste are good, especially considering it's a medicine and medicines generally don't taste great. If you're looking for a dental pain analgesic, I definitely recommend this and Candy-caine brand lidocaine gel anesthetic. I've been using these products for several years off and on, and they work really well. I also use these types of products on my lips when they get dry & cracked and that's worked well too. It works better than anything else I've tried. If you're suffering with dental pain and haven't tried this product, give it a try it's a little over $10 and lasts me about 9 months with regular use. So it's really affordable. Recommended!

I'm shocked and incredibly happy. Had very low expectations but this stuff does work. Provides decent numbing within a few seconds. Not long lasting but I can deal with dabbing it on every 10 min until ibuprofen and salt water rinses bring down the swelling that causes my tooth pain. This stuff is NOT like Anbesol and Orajel. Doesn't taste like bubblegum to me but it's sweet as opposed to the horrendous taste of the other products. Doesn't cause that awful burning / stinging, either. Best relief I've found short of going to the dentist.

It worked great for first 2 days. Since then it's not working any better than the cheap pain relief gel. Waste of money. There is no way to return it or get money back.

This would get 5 stars if they didn't use dye. It stains too much and completely unnecessary. Works great for nerve damage from a botched oral surgery, but unfortunately, doesn't last too long. 30 mins or so.
