Love this clock since I am a big Tim Burton fan. It's pretty pricy though. It came packed extremely well. Some reviews said that some pieces came broken, but I wonder if they inadvertently broke them while trying to unpack item. Everything is tightly surrounded by Styrofoam. So...be extremely careful when unpacking. My big complaint is that it is extremely difficult to install batteries in back because of the shape of clock. You can't put on counter face down or stand up because it is so fragile with all of those very cool but tiny pieces. You will need a second person to hold it. Other than that, I love it. I bought this for myself as a treat for my birthday. I must say it sat in my closet while I found the perfect place for it but then we started the process to buy a house and kept it packed until we moved into the house. I unpacked it today - 9 months after I bought it. I'd forgotten, while I had it sitting on a shelf I damaged a piece of the front,which I fixed with a little gorilla glue. followed the instructions got it onto the wall and swung the pendulum and nothing happened. Got it down off the wall and opened the back off again only to find , I'd forgotten to but a battery in the top portion. Getting the battery in was the biggest con to this piece. I had to take the ribbon,that you pull the battery out with, completely out to get the battery to slide in. Word of caution - BE VERY careful where you put your hands because I broke the cats tail while turning the clock over. just make sure you are holding the clock by the body and it is definitely a two person operation - especially to get that top battery in. Put it on the wall and waited. At the appropriate hour Zero popped out and the clocked played Jack's theme song and the lights lit up. Very cool piece. I have an extensive NBC collection and have themed the kitchen in my new house with black/ orange and purple theme to feature all my nightmare collection. FYI - the pine cone weights are decorative only and they do not move which is fine with me, because we have a young kitten in the house and she wold have a field day with this. I bought mine from BE but they don't offer a chance to review product. I gave it four stars because of the difficulty with the battery insertion. otherwise it would be five stars.
