I wanted a cuckoo clock and found this one to be a great price. Everything was packaged great However when removing the backing as the instruction suggests I found mold on it. It's a cheapy. But I'm pretty fond of it. It's hung pretty high on the wall. From a distance It's a nice little "replica" of the real deal. The actual chime is not the best but still a lot of fun. Good purchase

The clock itself is lovely, but the face and hands are cheap ugly plastic - it kind of ruins the whole thing! I don't understand why they couldn't at least use tin to make it nicer. Also it doest seem like you can adjust the pine cones. I might try to change out the hands and paint the face to make it look better. I would have expected better quality for the money.
