I took my two month for her two month check up and the pediatrician looked at her scalp and said, “yep, that’s cradle cap”. I replied, “OK! How do I get rid of it?” His eyes said good luck… I confirmed, and told him that his look didn’t give me hope. He told me, hopefully it’ll go away over time and to bath her daily and keep her moisturized. If it gets worse he’d prescribe a steroid. I had already ordered the Frida Cradle Cap 3 step. We’ve purchased this for our last two kiddos who had mild cradle cap. It is very effective and simple to use. It’s amazing to see how much of the cradle cap comes off with this. I would suggest applying some oil (we used coconut) prior to use - it really loosens up the cradle cap before washing. I like that this comes with a little stand to hold the brushes. Some reviews mentioned hair loss, but that is normal with any cradle cap. Definitely would recommend this. A great gift for a baby shower ... show more

My first child had cradle cap and i had no idea what to do but let it peel off. I feel terrible about that thinking how itchy they must have been. Fast forward to second child and more education as a 2nd time mom and i clicked buy the second i saw flakes. I used this twice and boom - cradle cap cured. One great suggestion I learned from another mom was... put lotion on their scalp in the tub and use that instead of shampoo to work through their hair/head. You can then rinse and use soap so their hair isn't greasy but not a lot! I suggest using cetaphil baby wash and lotion. Buy the lotion that is in the tub... it moisturizes better than the pump lotion. Your baby will feel so much better!! ... show more

This product is amazing. We’ve been battling cradle cap for weeks, I’m not sure why we didn’t just buy this from the start. Bathed our son last night and used the steps. Cradle cap is almost entirely gone. Not to mention very satisfactory to see what the comb pulls out (yuck! If you’re not a picker). One more use and I imagine we will no longer need this as cradle cap will be gone entirely. We used our regular shampoo too, no need for special stuff. ... show more

This is REALLY good for your baby’s cradle cap. I saw very quick and beneficial results upon the first use and continued use of this product even for my toddler occasionally. Gentle work in of the soap with the sponge, the rubber bristles are soft yet just enough to rough up the cradle cap to the surface and then the comb included removes it in a couple of sweeps! ... show more

Finally sought a solution to my boys cradle cap when everyone that would meet him would say something about it (don’t be that person, seriously). All the internet mamas led me to this product and now I’m one of them singing the praises! It really does work! My baby had pretty bad cradle cap. What I would do is 15 min before bath time soak it in coconut oil then use this product with the baby shampoo I already had. For us it took about a week to see significant reduction. When I first used it I was very gentle with the step 2 brush because I didn’t want to hurt my baby, but when I noticed it didn’t bother him (he even seemed relaxed by it lol) I used a slightly firmer pressure and that’s when I really noticed a big difference! My baby is bald so didn’t need the comb. Took one star off because the sponge came dislodged from the backing after only a couple of uses. I used it the same day I got it. I was determined to rid my 6 month old of cradle cap once and for all! It’s totally easy to use. Just follow the steps on the packaging. Three steps and done! The bristles and comb are soft and safe for baby. It was great! She loved it. Totally recommend with the shampoo and leave in conditioner which, unfortunately, is sold separately.
