One end panel is 9’ 5” and the other is 9’ 8” so there are gaps. Windows secure close with Velcro but doesn’t completely go around window- to short strips on each side so if in windy area won’t stay closed. I bought this for a 10x20 tent, to cover the sides. I love how the product looks but I do wished that it had a bit more stretch. Though it may measure 10x20, once everything was connected, there were spaces in the corners, and it didn't fully touch the ground, so it doesn't exactly cover it as nice as the picture.
