These have a wide variety of colors. They are easy to use. It still takes 2 or 3 coasts to go over dark colors. The tip is like a regular marker tip so If you need to paint in right places or do some fine tip painting, it won't work for that.

Love the paint coverage and control, delivery and packaging. Why is it that some of the paint pens have more paint than others? Otherwise great product as far as months of using. I know its better than 2 other brands I did waste my money on.

These are nice paint pens. The label says 2 to 3 mm tip. The barrel of the pen says they can write on skin, paper, glass, cloth, metal, plastic. I would agree with all of those except for the use on glass. I tried it and let it cure for 24 hours. I was able to rub it off with my thumbnail. Yes, they will write on glass, and it will be as opaque as any other substrate, but it will not be permanent on glass. This are not enamel paint. If you don’t need it on the glass, long-term, then this might work well for a short term use project. I wouldn’t recommend using these on skin anymore than you would use regular acrylic paint on skin. The label also says it is pigment ink, sun, proof, and waterproof. I can’t test the sun proofing us as that would take an extended period of time and it’s also winter where I live as I write this. I can’t confirm on anything other than glass, and probably skin, that this would be permanent. Each pen comes individually shrink wrapped. The caps do stack on the end of the pen and they prime easily. The barrel of the pen is also clear, which is nice as it allows you to see how much paint is left in the pen, or whether the paint is separating and needs to be shaken. The paint in these pens is pretty darn opaque. These are better than the leading brand on the market in my opinion. My swatches were done on “Springhill Cardstock Paper, 80lb Vellum Bristol, 175gsm” In my picture, the white swatch was done over black alcohol ink, and it looks terrible. The white pen itself is nice and opaque, but I think my attempt at giving it some thing dark to paint over, filled up the tooth of the paper, and ruined my swatch.

These FIVE PAINT MARKERS MEDIUM POINT ACRYLIC PAINT PENS are almost identical to acrylic paint markers I have previously had in fine point. The packaging and graphics are very similar. I was really happy with my fine point acrylic pens and I am really happy with these medium point acrylic pens. The type of delivery system on these pens seems to work the best, of the different delivery systems I’ve tried over the years, on a wide variety of different paint markers. You prime the marker by first shaking the pen, and then pumping the nib in and out by pressing it down several times on a piece of paper. When the paint reaches the nib, you are good to go. These pens are good quality. The lower quality pens sometimes leak or dry up. I haven’t had any problem at all with these pens working properly. The tank is big and the ink lasts a long time. They write and draw smoothly. My only complaint is the color shades are not my favorite. The red, in particular, is a little more orange than I prefer. I think this means I need to get a them in a larger pack with more colors! The price is really good for these pens. I think they are an excellent value.
