  • Love it!!
Someone told me to get the TI-36XPro for AC Circuits. I have so much to figure out on this Calculator. It feels nice. Very compact.

  • Very nice
I use this pretty much everyday for school. I would say it’s the best calculator for engineering students. It is not programmable so you can use it on tests and there is a few features that make calculations a little faster, Especially the convert key.

  • Know Your Need
Product meant to replace my old TI-66 Programmable I got in about 1983. My principal use is on navigation problems wherein I need to convert back-and-forth from decimal to degrees-minutes-seconds. The old TI-66 did this quickly by selecting 2nd and the number 5 key which gave the answer, or inverse-2nd number 5 key to go back to decimal. The TI-36X Pro takes more steps to do the same thing; selecting MATH then moving the cursor to DMS then selecting option 6. Eight numbers can be stored on the new calculator; the older one can store many more. There may be a TI model more suited to my main use, so I should have investigated a bit more before buying this one. I hope the batter lasts a long time as replacement involves removing 4 tiny phillips head screws. 4-stars for good product. ... show more

  • Best scientific calculator
In college graphing calculators are sometimes not allowed. This scientific calculator still has derivative, definite integral, and much more that arent found on lower scientific calculators

  • Works great
Needed this for the Professional Engineer exams, works great for what I need, similar enough to the graphing calculator I’m used to using.
