My original review follows this. I am changing the number of stars to four instead of two because of their customer service. Thank you. They made it right and gave me a full refund. They were very respectful and kind, and that is greatly appreciated in the world we live in. However, I do stand by my original post and feel that they need to address the fact that their product fullness has degraded over time. Even though the product is made fairly well, it is absolutely not as thick and plush as claimed. I had purchased this exact same brand a few years ago, and so I purchased another.
