I bought this thinking I would like to prop my iPad on top of my computer while I'm on the computer and I can have a sports game on (on an iPad) with a low volume. It's wonderful that I don't have to turn my head and neck just to stare at a large screen of my TV to my side. I get enough action that to me, it's very functional. Just look up and then move back to whatever I'm doing, browsing, chatting or gaming on my PC. I know you can say I could use a 2nd monitor for that, but I rather have the flexibility of doing something else on the 2nd monitor (i.e. discord, etc) and have an audio output coming from somewhere else physically on my desk. Also, props to the legs. Looking at the other similar products, I didn't like that you have to individually prop the legs. The adjustment on this is just one cohesive unit to adjust the legs so less hassle to use. I know there are other use cases but that was my intended use and it's great! And I can use this on my personal monitors and then move it over to my work monitor when I'm WFH - which are different and separate. ... show more

I love my new wee shelf! As soon as I found out this was a Thing, I got one. This one is a good price, it’s very easy to put on the screen. The braces adjust. I got out my level and made sure it was straight. The shelf is light weight but seems strong so far. I mean, I’m not putting bricks on it (yet—ha!), but the structure is triangular, so that makes it able to hold a good bit of weight. And now I can put my visual timer and a couple of gewgaws on it, and make less clutter on my desk. I will have to take it down for zoom calls, but it goes great on my pulled-out drawer!
