But seriously, it doesn’t say it is. I just picked this up for a trip around Germany. It was great for my laptop, as well as my USB devices. The laptop has a switching power supply so no problem there, and the built in USB chargers functioned perfectly throughout the trip. Just don’t plug in your 120v only devices and you won’t let any magic smoke out of them. If you need to use a 120v appliance you NEED a different types of adapter than this. You need one with a transformer built in. It worked great for me! ... show more
