Description

The NVX XFLOC2 Premium line-out converter is the perfect solution for adding an aftermarket amplifier to your stock or aftermarket stereo system. The XFLOC2 uses the signal from your stock stereo or amplifier by tapping into the stock speaker wire and converting it to a 2-channel RCA signal output. This allows you to add an amp simply and effectively. It features a 6:1 Step down with an adjustable gain output, DC amplifier turn-on trigger and a 80 watt total maximum input (40 watts per channel). The XFLOC2 uses a digital noise filter to reduce static and other noises that sometimes occur when adding a line out converter. The end result is a high quality line out converter with super low distortion, and as with all NVX products the engineering and build quality is second-to-none. Using this to add a subwoofer to a factory head unit. Makes it very easy compared to removing the head unit as you only need to tap into the rear or rear door speaker wires (rear speakers usually always receive full bandwidth). If your amp has a high-level input, you don't have to use this LOC. This one works great but remember to turn the adjustable level up all the way. Great little device used to add a sub to a '25 Ram 1500. Once you locate and confirm the speaker wires for the rear door, it's super easy to tap them for this converter ..which then sends a signal/sound to the amp. No need to remove any dash skin or mess with the factory radio! This device also has a remote out (wire) to send signal "turn-on" the amp. (ie; no need to run blue wire all the way to your stereo or dash area anymore. Simply run the blue "remote wire" from this device to your amp. Always, Always check, confirm your ground wire (black) and 24v (red) are correctly terminated then protected (wire nut, tape, heat shrink) before connecting 24v power from car battery to the amp. ... show more

I added a subwoofer to a G37 Convertible using a wire tap from the rear 6x9's and it works very well. This allows the factory head unit to utilize the bass adjustment from the Bose system to work just like having a separate subwoofer volume control. It's a quality product.     • Doesn't Work - Received a Defective Product

I purchased this item for a stereo speaker install that my Son is doing in my Husband's truck back in January 2020. Unfortunately, he just now started the installation last week and we didn't actually open the line output converter until just this past weekend and unfortunately it does not work, it made a strange noise for a few seconds and then nothing. It's now out of the return window to return this defective product, per what it's stating here on Amazon. Absolute Junk!!! I've messaged the seller informing them that they sent me a faulty/defective product that doesn't work, currently waiting on their response... Hopefully either I can get a replacement for one that actually works or a refund of my money!!! ... show more
