I had my back operated in 2000 and was fine after years, but after two hip replacements in less than a year having the wrong side hardware placed on my hip I suffered 10 dislocated hips in a month, which after the second surgeon replace the hardware to keep me all together the surgeon had seen she even detached my abductor muscle and am crippled due to the two surgeries. I ordered this as I started out with small ones and have seen where the longer I’m crippled my cage on my l-3-4-5 and s1 has caused my back to collapse. So it’s helps me hold my back up. Sad though

Great product but for my body measurements I would like it 3” to 4” bigger vertically to offer more support. I couldn’t work without it. I wear it over a t shirt and under another t shirt. Not very noticeable that way. Adjusts very nicely. Super sturdy & the quality is very good.

The media could not be loaded. The best back brace out there!! I have literally tried them all. If you are looking for total back support, from lower Sciatica pain to overall support. It keeps you all aligned. And cinches up more in all the right areas for a customized snug fit. It is not thin nor is it overly bulky. The support panels are covered and sewn nicely in there do not as to dig into you as you wear it moving throughout your day. All materials are high quality. Velcro stays put even when it’s tightly cinched up. I liked it so much I media bought a back up.

It does seem to be stretching out already; barely noticeable, but I haven’t had this brace long, and I’ve had braces for decades. I am extremely thin. if you’re looking for more rigid support, or longer brace as in you need support a little higher up on your lumbar region going all the way down to your SI, I would definitely give this one a try. It’s more rigid than most that I’ve bought online. If you’re looking for a really light support, this one’s probably not it. If your back is pretty bad, I think I would recommend trying this one. The brace is a little heavier., but it’s not as heavy as my braces from the surgical group groups; I have all the braces. I’ve tried on Amazon, I think this one’s my favorite.
