The trap uses an odorless, food-based lure to attract flies into the trap housing where they get stuck on the glue board. This decorative indoor trap features an attractive design to blend in with your décor so you can use it anywhere around your home. The simple pattern on the trap paired with the dark surface of the glue boards creates a high contrast that prevents you from having to see the trapped insects. The TERRO Discreet Indoor Fly Trap is designed with versatile placement in mind. Use the included adhesive strips and mounting hardware to hang the traps on walls and windows or connect the two trap housings together and use them freestanding on a tabletop or counter! For your convenience, the TERRO Discreet Indoor Fly Trap is easy to use. Tear the glue board into two pieces along perforations and remove the backing from one piece. Sprinkle the contents of one lure packet evenly onto the sticky surface of the glue board. Then fold the glue board along the remain perforations and insert into the trap housing from the top, with the sticky surface facing the openings front. Place or mount the trap anywhere flies are present, including kitchens, bathrooms, and garages. Once the glue board is full of flies, remove it from the housing and discard.

Maybe I’ve set it up wrong but I don’t have a single fly on the trap and it’s been 2 weeks. But there are still flys around the house. I don’t feel like this attracts the flys. It just happens to work if they land on it I guess. I followed the directions when setting up.

It looks nice on the counter. It doesn't attract flies with a "grand-slam", that's for sure. The "bait" falls out and flakes on the floor. Overall, it just doesn't do a great job of catching or attracting flies. I've had mine a week and NO flies are in it, at all.
