I actually ordered this tent for both indoor and outdoor use. Although this tent will be considered a hurricane hut, a private sleeping space for overflow guests that need a place to weather out the storm, it will also be perfect for indoor camping for our children that are too young to camp in the backyard alone. The size of this tent is ideal for 1-2 sleepers and not much more. It will accommodate a full-size inflatable mattress with just a few inches to spare on each side. A queen-size inflatable mattress will not fit. Although this tent did not come with any instructions, setting it up was rather quick and easy. I like that all of the poles are intact, so there’s no second-guessing which pole goes where. There are two zippered doors across from each other. Each door has a solid, foil-like door with a second zippered door featuring an insect-proof mesh, which will definitely come in handy should we decide to use this tent for camping in the backyard. Both zippered doors (both sides) can be rolled up and tied back, allowing cross ventilation airflow through the tent. The fabric of the tent floor is rather thin and could pose a problem with easy tearing due to sharp objects like sharp stones or tree roots. For the price, I would have expected a thicker floor bottom. This tent does come with a zippered carry bag with handles, making it easy to store. There are stakes and string to secure the tent from blowing away on a windy day. If you’re a serious tent camper with 2 or more campers and want to accommodate some simple pleasures such as a queen inflatable mattress, a fan, a cooler, or other gear, you may want to consider something a bit larger.     • One-Person Setup, Weather Ready, and Surprisingly Spacious
This tent is a total game changer for me. I’ve done my fair share of camping over the years and have wrestled with more poles and tangled messes than I care to admit. But this pop-up tent? Up in under a minute. I followed the simple instructions, lifted it, pressed it down, and pulled the joints out. That was it. It’s light enough for one person to carry and set up, which makes it ideal whether you are out in the woods or setting up something indoors for the kids. Once it was up, I was impressed by the ventilation. The mesh doors and windows let the air flow through while keeping bugs out, which was a huge relief during a warm weekend trip. Even with the doors zipped up at night, it didn’t feel stuffy or damp inside. We had some light rain overnight and this tent handled it like a champ. No leaks, no puddles, just dry and cozy. The material feels tough, and the seams are sealed well. It looks and feels like something built for long-term use, not just a one-and-done trip. It’s also got UV protection which is great for daytime shade and sunny hikes. Size wise, this was perfect for me and my kid with room to spare. It’s rated for 2 to 3 people, and I’d say that’s accurate. Two adults would be comfortable, three is doable if you are close or packing light. When it was time to head home, it packed back into the zippered bag without the usual wrestling match, which I appreciated. The sturdiness surprised me too. The thicker fiberglass poles and extra stakes kept it in place through a windy afternoon, and the reflective strips helped us spot it easily at night without tripping over anything. If you are looking for a stress free, durable, and reliable tent that sets up in minutes and holds up to the elements, this checks all the boxes. This tent is not as advertised, it did not fit a queen blow up mattress and the pole kept collapsing. Worded tent ever, totally ruined my camping trip

The GOOD- it does set up in less than a minute. Also GOOD it is waterproof The BAD Even a mild wind collapses the tent on top of me. It would take very little engineering to solve this major problem. The question is; Are you up for it. The tent is useless as it is if you camp where there is a breeze

    • Functions OK. Nothing remarkable compared to alternatives
Decent tent, functions as advertised. Definitely not spacious - I’m 6’0 and my head and toes touch both sides the long way unless I sleep diagonal. Setup is easier with two people, otherwise the corners will just raise up as you pull on the middle. It is quite satisfying pushing down the locking part on the main hub once it’s raised though. I appreciate the ceiling hook coming down from the middle of the inside. Lastly, my main gripe is the doors don’t allow for normal ventilation - unlike every other tent I’ve used that has two zippers each on the screen and door zip, there’s only one, and the screen is inside of the door. Because I used this at a festival that required physical tent permits, everyone else had theirs wedged between the screen (outside of their doors on most other tents) but I could not do that and also couldn’t leave the door partially open to allow for airflow. ... show more
