The instruction manual is very vague. Very well built, except for the pellet hopper holder. It comes apart if you look at it wrong. The pellet ashtray is kind of a joke. Unless you have huge pellets they will fall threw to the ash drawer. Biggest problem is I don't know how to use it. It came with NO operating manual. Hate to send it back, but will have to if I can't find something on the web to show me how to use it. Also can't figure out why on the inside where the fire is supposed be there is a metal plate with a hole in it making the inside 2 side by side compartments . Highly disappointed they don't send true operating instuctions with it. Instead of what they do send, and call a instruction manual, which is pretty much worthless. Cause it only shows you how to put the pellet hopper together. Also dont know what's up with what they call an ash scraper. It's got a slit in it and 3 holes running along it. Frustrating. I'm returning it!!!! I'll buy Even Embers pellet instead. ... show more

    • This is a quality product, much better than I expected.
This seems to heat very well in fact maybe a bit too much. I ran it on the lowest setting and still got the metal red hot in places. I think it would not burn as long as stated but I have not tried a full hopper yet. I burns hot with a small amount of smoke. The self-contained portability of it is awesome it all packs down into 1 little package and is perfect for a small hunting tent. I have not tried it in bad weather yet. I like it and will make it work for my needs. Need to buy fire seal for glass area to keep smoke from coming out. Legs should have been sturdier. Directions are not very good. Do not understand how the hopper works. The screen holes are to big and will not stop wood pellets from falling all the way to the ash tray. This is my honest opinion. Hope this helps. ... show more

This has been the most frustrating item I have ever ordered online and customer service needs to be much better. The stove body is very well built but the hopper is pretty much junk and scary to use simply because of fire issues. The base where the stove pipe goes should have been welded or spaced out because the machine screws prevents the stove pipe from going all the way down and this causes the pipes to be very shaky. The pipe size is ridiculous it's like a 2.76 instead of the usual 2.36 like most are on here so I can't do much improving. I made modifications which in hindsight I should have sent it back so really this was a huge disappointment and a waste of money. By the way it's misleading you can't burn anything but pellets in that stove so they need to be truthful. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Easy to use and the material quality is excellent. But very heavy for girl to use. The product instructions not detailed. Just one installation instructions. No other information like how to use. Super fast delivery.
