I purchased this in May 2020 to use as pantry storage. What a mistake. This is a very overpriced, cheaply made unit. When the package arrived it was severely damaged. The left side was pushed in, the doors didn't work right, hinges were messed up, damage to the back side, the front and some damage on the right side too. Packaging was very minimal, a cardboard pan for the top and bottom and thick cardboard 'columns' that were stapled to the top and bottom to keep it together, then one layer of shrink wrap around it covering mostly from top to bottom. I sent it back with the delivery truck because it was so damaged. Getting it sent back was a nightmare too. The shipping company sat on it for a month and a half. Even with me making repeated calls to them for updates to get it returned. Finally it was shipped back to Amazon the beginning of July. It made it to the Phoenix warehouse, so I assumed I should get my refund. I called to find out what the holdup was for my refund. After about 45 minutes on the phone I was informed that it had been sent back to the wrong warehouse but was in transit to the correct warehouse. They said it could be a week to 10 days after they receive the package before I can expect my refund. I'm hoping I don't have to call again to keep track of this return, but time will tell. I will not be buying any large items from Amazon in the future. ... show more

I've ordered three of these. The first one arrived and was pretty good, just a small ding on the side that I could live with. The next 2 that came were both badly broken and damaged. The 2nd one had a bottom that was crushed. The one that arrived today as a replacement had a 3 inch crease in the front door! The manufacturer clearly hasn't learned from all the reviews here that this is totally unacceptable. The cabinet itself is decent, feels a little think but that's what you are paying for. They need to figure out the packing and shipping (both mine were with ABF) before anyone else buys this thing. ... show more

The delivery service was great. The cabinet was well packed, however, (presumably in manufacturing), the doors don't line up and requires tweaking to get them to close properly. For the cost of the item, I thought the cabinet would have been better made. I'll just deal with it because there is no way I can get it repacked so I can return it. A more appropriate review would have been 2 1/2 stars instead of 3. ... show more

Beautiful product. Perfectly assembled & painted. Doors fit squarely. Packaged very well with lots of cardboard crush material and over-wrapped inside a plastic sheet-wrap. Inner shelves are solid and balanced. Door handle operates smoothly. Upper and lower locking mechanisms fit correctly. Fits into an office environment excellently. Came fully assembled. Arrived well packaged and delivered without any damage. Hefty cabinet, yet lightweight enough to move around easily. Works very well securely store PTA store merchandise at my son's elementary school. Very pleased with this purchase.

Pretty good thickness / gauge compared to similar manufacturers. Have shelves loaded up with garage stuff and works good. Came wrapped and padded nicely. When I was putting into place one of the doors came off its hinge and fell on floor. Metal bent too easy so there is a blemish and door doesn't close perfectly any longer. ... show more

I loved that it came already assembled. And while there are some dings on the shelves, it doesn't matter to us. We are using it to store excess inventory. In my haste earlier, i put a negative review but it wasn't for this company or product. It was my error. My apologies.
