The pups did not like it. However, I did like the idea that the ingredients are all from America. I was surprised to see the long list of ingredients as I have always tried to buy consumables that have few ingredients.

    • Licks the bowl clean!
Our black lab loves this food. The second she hears it hit her bowl she comes running and she finishes every piece, then licks the bowl clean. We even use it as treats for training. Personally, I love that this brand uses meat from certified humanely raised animals.

Where's the tender, hard as rock. Dogs don't like, even when I try to put broth with it. Broth dies not even soften up the food in the time I need it too. Dogs don't tell me about the flavor, I assume it's poor when they won't eat it. Not worth the 15.00 I paid. I thought the ingredients looked good , but hey I don't have to eat it.     • Tried a couple of bags, made my dog itch.
Granted I have a picky eater. He is 5 and you can only imagine how many brands I have gone through. He gets food allergies, so I have tried a most of the affordable grain free kibbles. This one, he ate it if I topped it with chicken. Otherwise he wasn't crazy about it. As long as he would eat, I was okay with adding chicken. But by the second bag he developed an allergy and was miserable, chewing and scratching. I have finally found a happy medium with RRay's beef & brown rice, mixed with fresh pet log's. He is loving to eat now. Yay! Finally. If you have never read the book Food Pet's Die For, do. Every pet owner should read this book. This book is why I refuse to fall for $60-$70-$80 bags of dog food, or the corn filled, dye filled, filler junk. ... show more
